3rd Visit and find the guidance michelle gives very helpful towards re thinking the situation that causes the emotional reactions. Easy going,relaxed space.

It was a last minute booking and after several experiences of therapy over the years Michelle had the knack to know how to steer the outward emotions back to an easier understanding. 2nd session already booked. Great relaxing therapy space too .

I met with Michelle and felt instantly safe and calm. Sometimes it takes time to find the right person but you'll know it when you do and its worth it. I'm glad paths lead me to Michelle she's been exactly what I was looking for in a therapist and you leave her clinic wanting more and more time. Her arrangement is very warm and welcoming with a very wholesome aura not clinical at all. I hope to bring her on my journey through life's labyrinths.

Michelle takes time to understand and plans according to the individual. I find her sessions enlightening, thought provoking and effective. She is very skilled at using a combination of therapies to enhance healing and positivity.
