While my hair appointment went well and I was very pleased by the results, I was unexpectedly berated by a woman I never have met before about several cancellations over the 10 year+ I have been a loyal Crimson customer, including a recent situation where I nearly severed my left hand and called from the ER at KGH and spoke to Tara, who was wonderful! I no longer feel welcome as a result and my feedback to Tara is “why hire such a negative and vindictive staff person to ruin your positive energy vibe!” I will never come back’

Hannah was friendly and very professional. She made sure my hair colour turned out right even though she had to tone it twice to get it to where it should be. . The colour turned out great! The cut and style was also well done.

My hair has been dyed many different colours of light to medium brown over the past couple of years. Hannah was able to choose the perfect colours to match my hair to make it the dark brown colour I wanted.

She was great! Went out of her way to accommodate a quick haircut for my granddaughter and did an amazing job with my hair. We will see her again!
