If you need someone you can trust with your hair, Cinzia is the person for you. Alena is great for mani/pedi and also very very kind and gentle. The salon manager however (Annette) is not only quite rude but also very unpleasant in her approach to clients: the salon is lucky to have a good team, otherwise if it was for her, the business would have already closed..
