Alfa was great!

Too expensive i paid $115 for 2 hair cuts as i am a senior and bold. They don't do nose hair trims or face shaves but they did trim my eye brows

Hi, Thanks for reaching out. We’ve reviewed the transaction, and I can confirm there was no overcharge. The payment of $115.50 was for two customers – yourself and your child. The services were charged as follows: * Your Buzz Cut: $27.50 For your Adult Son he had * Skin Fade: $55.00 * Beard Trim (shape and fade): $33.00 This brings the total to $115.50. Please note that the Buzz Cut service does not include a face shave. A wet face shave is a separate service, normally priced at $40, and this service was not included in your bill. It's was very great he gave me the cut I wanted

Michael was great. Gave my son such a great haircut when other barbers just rush it and don’t really care about kids cuts. My son wants to come back to you every time now!

The stylist is great and professional. He styled per my liking…great stuff. However the price is a little too expensive…please reconsider the pricing please and I’m sure more customer would return.

Hey Kian, Thank you for very much for the feedback, we are extremely pleased to hear that you had a positive experience. Unfortunately being inside premium shopping centres with experienced professionals who are paid accordingly does make it difficult to offer our services at a reduced cost.

My son had his haircut with Alpha today, and as always, we’re very happy. We’ve been going to him for a while. He’s patient, pays great attention to detail, and does excellent work every time. Really appreciate the care he puts in!
