Wellness By Resolve offers a different kind of reset, with sessions combining red light therapy, the dry sauna and a cold plunge. The hyperbaric oxygen chamber is another option, and reviewers mention complimentary refreshments and clear explanations of how to use the equipment.

Tried red light therapy for the first time and had a really lovely experience. It was relaxing, completely comfortable, and I'd happily go back again.
