I created Vital Health Aromatics to share my passion of nature and its gifts to heal ourselves, including essential oils of which I have worked with as an Aromatherapist for more than 20 years, with my aim to promote health and well-being, relieving stress and tension in the body. I continue to update my skills with ongoing training in bodywork and gifts from nature to share with others. My latest training is in Warm bamboo massage, a wonderfully invigorating treatment enhanced by the heat which helps relax the muscles quickly.
