Reflexology is a holistic therapy where pressure is applied to points on the feet, hands, face or ears which correspond to parts of the body to bring balance and healing. It can help to relieve stress and anxiety, improve relaxation and sleep. I offer foot, hand and facial Reflexology which is adapted for the clients needs. I also do a rejuvenating facial acupressure treatment and cranial acupressure with muscle release.
