When I was diagnosed with IBS and then lymphoedema, “wellness” and managing symptoms became a priority for me. I explored complementary therapy treatments, which subsequently ignited my passion to help others seeking relief and respite. In 2021 I built my garden treatment room. A peaceful, nurturing retreat, designed to restore your sense of balance and wellbeing. A space for you to relax and recharge; free from external pressures and surrounded by nature.
