Lily tailors her reformer sessions to suit the individual. Her explanations of the how and why are clear. I came away feeling I had completed a fully body workout that was just right for my level of fitness and flexibility. Looking forward to my next session.

Great pilates class, I didnt think it would be for me before I started but love when Wednesday comes round. Lily is friendly and a great instructor 😀

As a runner, I have improved so much since starting reformer classes. Lily listens and adjusts classes to work around my races. I can’t recommend her enough and really enjoy our sessions.
