This space is dedicated to the sustainable healing of mind, body, and spirit. My approach meets your body where it’s at, supporting and amplifying its innate capacity to heal. I specialize in women’s health (menstruation, fertility, pregnancy, menopause), digestion, nervous system regulation, immune support, sleep optimization and psychosomatic healing. Our sessions utilize Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine as well as somatic guidance to tune into body and uncover what gets to be freed within. I look forward to doing teamwork with you.
