Holistic Haven provides a wide range of therapies uniquely tailored to suit your individual well-being needs. First and foremost, we focus on listening to the client's needs to gain a true understanding of treatment aims and how these can be achieved. At Holistic Haven, therapies offered include Reflexology, Indian head massage, Cupping, Oncology massage, Deep tissue, Remedial and Aromatherapy. In addition, a psychotherapy service is offered providing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT).
