Located inside the Double Diamond Athletic Club, my office is where I see clients for massage and bodywork. I believe that our bodies have the innate ability to take care of themselves. Sometimes we just need a little help getting there. Stress, in every sense of the word, can cause dis-ease of the physical, mental and emotional parts of our Selves. To promote healing, we must first find relaxation and calm.
