A 12 week, guided, online course where we'll use Functional Movement and Nervous System Regulation to rebuild a strong, grounded foundation and develop the trust and resilience to navigate life’s stressors. You’ll hear the early whispers of discomfort, so you can address them before they hold you back from doing the things you love.

We'll have one LIVE connection call a week, you'll spend only 20-30 minutes per day on self practice, and you'll receive timely feedback where you can ask questions, receive accountability, and motivation to support your practice even if you’re feeling overwhelmed.

An initial consultation is required before working with us. We will be conducting a posture assessment that will involve a thorough evaluation of your kiddos posture, movement patterns, and body alignment. This session will include a discussion of your family's lifestyle, any discomfort or pain, your kiddos movement history, as well as discussing how your kiddos body moves to identify areas or imbalances or dysfunctions in a safe environment. 

Initial Youth Consultation 

This is to help guide your kiddo to move their body with awareness and functionally. These sessions are helpful for your kiddo to overcome any dysfunctions, fears, hesitations or anxieties within them - while downloading new tools to help them as they grow. Coordination, balance and strength are mastered through the ancient art of play. 

Youth 1:1 Session

This is for a group of 2 kids. This is to help guide your kiddos to move their body with awareness and functionally. These sessions are helpful for your kiddos to overcome any dysfunctions, fears, hesitations or anxieties within them - while downloading new tools to help them as they grow. Coordination, balance and strength are mastered through the ancient art of play. 

Youth Group Session - 2 kiddos

This is for a group of 3-4 kids. This is to help guide your kiddos to move their body with awareness and functionally. These sessions are helpful for your kiddos to overcome any dysfunctions, fears, hesitations or anxieties within them - while downloading new tools to help them as they grow. Coordination, balance and strength are mastered through the ancient art of play. 

Youth Group Session - 3-4 kiddos

Kid Sessions

Physical session - this is where we will move through any physical, emotional, or mental blocks. We will focus on assessing and improving your movement patterns. The movement will be tailored to your specific needs while enhancing mobility, strength, stability, and posture, while reducing pain and preventing injury.
