Quelques années plus tard se joignent Francesca et Harry qui continuent à faire évoluer ChatelleConcept. Le duo, qui travail pour des compagnies de coiffure renommée mondiale apporte à leur salon des nouvelles façons de travailler et inspire de nouvelles tendances.
