I am here to help people become more mobile and stronger , I work with athletes and none athletes . I help athletes become stronger and more robust against injury providing sports massage and strength training to combat any future or ongoing injury's . I help none athletes who struggle with aches and pains because of a sedentary lifestyle with modern living looking at phones and being sat for long periods . I offer sports massage for this to combat tightness and offer core strengthening sessions to strengthen the body .
