Alma Wellbeing Barn is a sanctuary for women who give so much of themselves to everyone else. Nestled in a quiet, nurturing setting, Alma offers a soft space to slow down, reconnect and truly breathe. Here, touch and mindful practice become a language of care through grounding massage, restorative reflexology, reiki, soulful facials and soothing signature rituals. Alongside 1:1 treatments, Alma is also home to nourishing classes and workshops from yoga and breathwork to sound baths, meditation and mindfulness sessions, each designed to help calm your nervous system and restore.
