Ντανιελα

Overall my experience was not very good. While entering the store i felt like i was getting in a supermarket with many technicians working non stop. I saw the nail technicians being drained, not having even a minute between the appointments. This makes me not want to visit this place again. My toe got swollen today after the pedicure!. The worst is that they ask for a deposit in order to book the appointment!

Dear Ναταλία, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that our technicians do have scheduled breaks within the day all arranged by the reception, even though during busy periods the salon can certainly feel very fast paced. These days have been particularly busy, as we are doing our best to accommodate and assist clients who otherwise have very limited options due to many other places being closed. Our priority is always to provide the best service possible while also taking care of our team. Have a wonderful rest of your day and we hope to assist you soon again! Manager Coco House Greece
