Jay was absolutely amazing! She was so lovely, friendly and incredibly easy to talk to. She did such a brilliant job toning the orange out of my hair and gave me the most beautiful bronde colour. 🤎✨ I finally feel like I can love my hair again and feel confident wearing it. What an amazing experience! From the start, Jay made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She was kind, attentive and so easy to talk to. I usually dread getting my hair done as it feels like it takes forever, but the time just flew by with Jay. I genuinely felt like I’d only been there for an hour when four hours had actually passed! I absolutely love my hair and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I’ve definitely found my new go-to hairdresser and will be coming back!

Had such a great experience with Jay - from consultation through to the end result. She helped me work out what it is was I was asking for, and then delivered the perfect bronde balayage! I absolutely love my hair, can’t wait to book in again when it needs refreshing. Also Jay is the loveliest person, making the appointment so relaxed and enjoyable 💖
