Customised Massage (90 minutes)

Myofascial Release can be a very effective treatment for a range of 'hard to treat' pain conditions including but not limited to, fibromyalgia, RSIs, back pain, pelvic pain, headaches and migraines, TMJ & jaw pain, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciatis and complications with scar tissue.
Although immediate benefits are likely to be experienced after just one session, a course of weekly sessions followed by regular maintenance sessions are highly recommended for maximum results and lasting change. 

Myofascial Release 60 mins

Myofascial Release can be a very effective treatment for a range of 'hard to treat' pain conditions including but not limited to, fibromyalgia, RSIs, back pain, pelvic pain, headaches and migraines, TMJ & jaw pain, frozen shoulder, plantar fasciatis and complications with scar tissue.
