It was a decent experience. It was my husband's first time ever getting a pedicure and I wanted him to feel special. The ball fell a little short when the manicurist had to be reminded to put clear polish on his feet AND that he asked for a manicure as well at the start of the service. My suggestion, please slow down. Granted when it was brought to their attention immediately it was handled - so yes, thank you The atmosphere and over esthetics are great just have your front line people match the vibe from start to finish. Over he had a nice time.
