Thank you for the feedback. 
I’m sorry that you had a negative experience.
I can assure you that all my instrumentation is sanitised at all times and fresh medical grade blades are used for each client and discarded after.

We did discuss the treatment prior and I would not have continued if the client did not agree. When booking a brow shape it is mentioned that it can be wax, blade cleanup or tweeze depending on factors that will vary for each client. You mentioned that you were happy after the service.

I was not satisfied with this service. She used a blade on my eyebrows and tweezed it there and there. Something I could have done at home. I usually get my brows threaded and waxed but it was almost like she didn’t want to wax my brows and I sensed that so I agreed to her tweezing them only to find out that she used a blade on them. I don’t even know if it was a fresh blade. Needless to say after 2 days the hairs are growing back. I paid R 85 for this service and I’ll need to redo it again this week. Really unhappy
