Begin this treatment with the application of Hot Towels to the Upper Back and Shoulders to promote Muscle Relaxation ahead of your session. 

Your Therapist will apply pressure to Acupressure points on the Head to promote Balance and Healing. Massage Oil is applied to the Head, Neck, Shoulders and Arms and your Therapist will begin the treatment, using a combination of relaxing Hand movements to release Muscle Tension in these areas. 

Cranial Acupressure and Muscle Release

Start with stress buster facial reflexology followed by relaxing foot reflexology

Top to Toe Reflexology

A 30 minute treatment focusing on 12 points on the face to reduce stress for health and wellbeing. The therapist applies pressure to reflex points on the face to help improve circulation, encourage release of toxins and stimulate the body's healing mechanism.

Stress Buster Facial Reflexology

Reflexology is a gentle therapy where pressure is applied to points on the feet and ankles to balance and sooth the body. It helps to promote relaxation, releases tension, aids sleep, promotes wellbeing and improved mood.

Foot Reflexology

A shortened foot reflexology treatment that is suitable if you want to find out what reflexology is like before committing to full session.
Suitable for children.
Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.
