This service does NOT include a bath and will not be as neat as a full grooming service. Suitable for older dogs who need a haircut for their well-being but are not able for the duration or a full grooming appointment. The appointment is strictly one hour and we will do as much as we can in that time. If you’re dog is a large or giant breed, they may need longer and will be charged accordingly.

30mins of brushing, tidy up around eyes, paws and hygiene area. Nails clipped. Does NOT include bath or any trimming on the body or head. This appointment is strictly 30mins and we will do as much as we can in that time frame.   If you’re dog is a large or giant breed, they may need longer and will be charged accordingly.

A medicated bath to treat fleas. Please add this if you notice fleas or flea dirt (noticeable black dots on the skin) on your dog so that we are aware of any fleas before your arrival. This is important so we can avoid your dog mixing with other dogs before flea treatment. We don't mind when dogs have fleas but we do mind when we are not informed :)

De-matting requires additional time so depending on the level of matting, please allow for this. Matting will be assessed upon arrival and price will be agreed before the grooming appointment.
De-matting covers brushing out if the dog will allow it or shaving if the matting is too severe. Both require additional time and care. Shaving tightly matted coats is extremely tedious and can result in injuries to the dog if not done slowly. Matted ears occasionally will result in haematomas after shaving tight matting from blood rushing to the area.
