Join me for this exclusive private event for 2, where we begin with a guided meditation curated to switch off your mind, and relax your body. 

I then facilitate a 60-minute Reiki healing clearing away anything old and stagnant in your energy while bringing you back into alignment.

We then finish the session with some organic rose tea and luxury dark chocolate while I give each of you a tarot + oracle card reading integrating any intuitive insights as they come in from the Reiki healing.

ASMR Therapy includes using gentle, rhythmic fingertip touches, feathers, and soft brushes to stimulate the skin and trigger the Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR). The goal is to induce a relaxing, euphoric tingling sensation, often described as starting at the scalp and moving down the spine.

We begin by grounding your energy through a gentle guided meditation — helping your body exhale and your mind settle. Then, as you rest, I channel Reiki energy and womb healing to clear emotional heaviness, restore balance, and invite peace back into your body.

To close, we draw tarot and oracle cards to offer intuitive insight — gentle guidance for your next steps, or a message your higher self has been waiting for you to hear.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your own inner calm — like your whole system just remembered how to breathe again.

You deserve to feel held, prepared, and grounded as you step into your sacred postpartum season. This 90-minute session is a gentle, heart-led space to create your personalised postpartum plan — one that honours your body, nervous system, and family rhythm.

Together, we’ll map out what rest, nourishment, and support truly look like for you — beyond the checklists and endless advice. We’ll explore:
🌿 what your body and mind will need to recover
🌿 how your partner or support network can show up for you
🌿 creating calm around nutrition, feeding, sleep, and emotional wellbeing
🌿 building boundaries, rituals, and repletion practices that restore your energy

You’ll leave with a beautifully written 3-page postpartum plan (emailed after our session) — a loving guide you can return to again and again.

Plus, a follow-up via WhatsApp voice note in the first few weeks after birth to check in, rebalance, and make any gentle adjustments.

Created for new mums in those early, tender months - this is your safe space to feel and heal. We work on replenishing your energy, calming your nervous system, and supporting your emotional wellbeing as you adjust to motherhood. Total relaxation for when everything feels too much or overwhelming.

Motherhood wasn’t meant to be done alone. My doula care packages are here to give you the rest, support, and gentle presence you deserve in the tender months after birth.

Each visit is tailored to what you need most - whether that’s emotional support, a listening ear, nourishing meals, light household help, or care for your baby so you can take a much-needed pause. Reiki and gentle healing touch can also be woven in to help calm your nervous system and bring your body into balance.

This is not about “getting things done" - it’s about creating a soft landing for you as you adjust, recover, and grow into your new role as a mother.

✨ With this support, you’ll feel more rested, less alone, and more confident to meet the days ahead - knowing you’re held too.

Can include antenatal planning sessions in to help you prepare for postpartum.

Recommended to be booked in blocks of 6 hours, but can tailor to each family.
