The braids look great, but the shop was quite a tight space, and my pre-chosen hair wasn't available but they started to use a similar colour without consulting me. This process wasted over an hour and made me late for next appointment. So it wasn't a great experience. But the team was apologetic and nice. I would use them for home service next time.
