A light-touch manual therapy that supports the central nervous system by working with the craniosacral rhythm—created by the movement of cerebrospinal fluid. A soothing, nurturing massage tailored to the needs of expectant mothers. This gentle, full-body treatment helps ease common pregnancy discomforts such as back pain, hip tension, and swollen feet, while promoting relaxation and restful sleep. Designed with care and support for you and your baby. The massage table has a belly hole for the mothers to be to experience a full back massage. A specialized abdominal and hip massage encourages balance in the connective tissue, promoting alignment in preparation for birth. 

Red light therapy is also included if desired. 

90 Minute Prenatal Massage

A targeted full body massage aimed at relieving chronic muscle tension and improving mobility. This session focuses on medium to deep pressure and focuses layers of muscle and connective tissue to help with soreness, stiffness, recovery from physical activity and to restore your sense of calm.
