A bespoke treatment just for you! A detailed consultation where you can share as little or as much as you want. This is to determine how best I can help you. We will then discuss what treatments you would  like alongside some relaxation breathing and reiki. This is a great session for those who either need a break from burnout or would like to try something different to your usual massage sessions.

I’m a hands on practitioner, I also use crystal placement. Let the universe unblock your chakras! Relaxation breathing and guided meditation included in most sessions.
