A 60min session includes full use of our wide range Contrast Therapy: Contrast Mineral Pools, Magnesium Spa, Ice Bath, Traditional Sauna and Steam Room. Contrast Therapy has been popular in Nordic cultures for millennia to awaken the senses, treat health concerns, promote relaxation, and encourage socialisation. Move through the zone at your own rhythm with temperatures ranging from 8-80° or choose to be guided by one of our curated Wellness Protocols (additional charges and session timing may apply).

CONTRAST THERAPY SESSION | 60min

The Nordic Protocol is considered a physical and mental reset, effectively improving blood and lymph circulation, reducing fatigue and promoting a balanced endorphin response to alleviate pain, lower stress and enhance your sense of wellbeing.

NORDIC WELLNESS PROTOCOL 

The Repair Protocol is specifically designed to speed up repair and recovery times during periods of consistent (or intense) training. Utilising the benefits from the Traditional Sauna, Contrast Mineral Pools and Magnesium Spa in one cycle will assist with improving blood and lymph flow, flushing fluid retention and relieving muscle soreness and tension, alleviating DOMS and enhancing mobility.

REPAIR WELLNESS PROTOCOL

4D MASSAGE CHAIR ~
Experience precision relaxation with multidimensional rollers that sweep from your neck to your hamstrings, including lower leg compressions, rocking mode and heat therapy. Choose from preset wellness programs or create your own massage. 

O2 BREATHING & MEDITATION CHAIR ~
Be guided to breathe more consciously, slowly and deeply, enhancing physical and mental health. The chair gently warms, massages and subtly repositions the body to maximise the amount of oxygen the lungs can take in with every breath, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated 

COMPRESSION SESSION ~
Relax with Normatec’s Compression Therapy boots or hips attachment to increase circulation and help you maintain your full range of motion, leaving you fresh and limber.

Our standard Infrared Sauna pricing permits one person. To book a Two Person Sauna, select this service on the booking page; any additional guest must be over the age of 16 and complete a waiver.

This treatment helps to improve your overall skin texture, tone and clarity as well as smooth wrinkles, fine lines and soften scarring. Including an LED and Hydrating Sheet mask to relieve pain and improve healing times

Skin Needling

Our Exosome Skin Therapy is combined with Skin Needling with the exosome bioactive solution. This method is considered 100 times more potent and yields more effective results than your standard PRP treatments. Skin Needling is used to create tiny micro-channels in the skin, encouraging the body’s natural wound-healing response. During the process, fine needles are used to penetrate into the dermal layer of the skin to create a controlled injury.

For best results, we highly recommend completing four treatments, four weeks apart. To maintain results we suggest completing two follow up treatments every 6-12 months.
