Our modern lifestyles are so fast-paced, information-saturated and stressful that our bodies and minds rarely, if ever, have a chance to let go of tension and find a calm, tranquil, still place from which to heal and recover. It is my goal during a massage treatment to bring you to that place. I work from two locations in Clapton, Hackney: Healing Space on Chatsworth Road and The Well Garden at Hackney Downs.
