What a wonderful way to end the week. Louise’s Garden Retreat is a little hidden gem tucked away in Anstey. A very warm welcome and I felt instantly relaxed. Louise was fantastic and talked me through each treatment so that I understood what to expect. I had “an hour of bliss” and that’s exactly what it was. I’m already looking forward to my next visit in four weeks 😊

This was my first reflexology treatment at the Garden Retreat and can honestly say Louise was excellent. From when you first step into the Garden Retreat and then having the treatment made you feel completely relaxed and calm. Louise was very attentive and you were made to feel immediately comfortable and relaxed.
