Diring your first session we will discuss your health history, l offer an assessment and you receive a 30-minute spinal flow treatment. Please wear comfortable clothes as you are fully clothes for the service. I have a safe space with dim lighting and music prepared for Spinal Flow Technique. Eectric tables allow for ease of getting on and off the table.
I am the mediator for your spinal flow session. This is a non-invasive modality using gentle touch in certain areas along the spine helping activate your parasympathetic nervous system.   Whether the traumas are chemical, physical, or emotional that you are dealing with, either in the past, or present, Spinal Flow may help you!
This is your time to allow you to be you.

Initial Spinal Flow 

Spinal Flow Technique is a non-invasive, gentle modality that has no contraindications.  It is safe for everyone. You are fully clothed on the heated massage table. I act as your mediator to your nervous system so that you can release built up traumas in your spine caused by unprocessed chemical, physical, and emotional traumas through the years. The trauma builds and builds in your body and the stresses turn into subluxations in your spine. This technique releases the blockages so that you can begin your healing process. 30-minute Spinal Flow 

You can book for 2! The more energy in the room, the more healing takes place. You can come with a friend, your partner or spouse, or bring your son, daughter, or parent. Spinal Flow Technique is safe, relaxing and healing for all ages; babies, kids and the elderly can enjoy this safe and non-invasive modality. 
Perhaps the baby has torticollis or the birth was difficult for baby or mom.  Maybe your child has ADD. Maybe you have sciatica or migraines or scoliosis. There are no contraindications for spinal flow. Your nervous system loves you as you should
