Really pleased.  Muna has arthritis and get anxious around other dogs but she was handled with such great care and consideration and looked great when I picked her up!

Lovely friendly staff, my dog looks great after being cut. He is nervous around new people but the girls have been patient with him and now he is a lot happier to go I would definitely recommend  Charlie & Co

Clipper was groomed as I requested and Riki was really friendly and kind to both human and pooch! Clipper was relaxed and happy when I returned to collect him! Would highly recommend! 

The full works! Best suited to long, curly and fluffy coat types, this treatment starts with your pooch receiving a thorough pre-groom ensuring their coat is detangled and matt free.

They will then enjoy a warm bath, relaxing massage using a shampoo tailored to their coat type, followed by a nail trim, brush and blow dry and styled to your individual preference or breed standard and finished off with a spritz of a beautiful hand-selected fragrance.

Fresh Breath Boost - Oral Freshening Treatment

The perfect treatment to keep your dogs coat in good condition in-between their main grooms! 

Best suited for long haired breeds, this treatment includes a warm water bath and relaxing massage using a high quality, natural shampoo which is tailored to your dog's coat type. After a blow dry and brush, your groomer will finish the treatment with a face, feet and hygiene tidy and a spritz of fragrance.

Maintenance Groom ✂️

The Puppy Pamper is an essential introductory service for your puppy's first grooming experiences. 

We recommend starting regular grooming appointments from 12 weeks old or as soon as they are fully vaccinated and allowed outdoors. 

This treatment includes a warm bath using a mild puppy shampoo, followed by a blow dry and a gentle brush. A hygiene clip, trim of the face, feet and nails (if needed) and lots of cuddles!

Please note, we will tailor sessions to move at your puppy's pace. If your puppy does not tolerate aspects of the grooming process, we will change our methods and the service to suit each puppy.

Keep pests at bay with our Bug Off add-on treatment. Perfect for pets who love the great outdoors, this gentle yet powerful flea and tick repellent treatment features a natural anti-flea shampoo and a protective spray, creating a barrier against unwanted guests.

Formulated without harsh chemicals, it’s safe for puppies over 12 weeks.

Perfect for: pets who frequent pest-prone areas or enjoy outdoor adventures.

Note: This is a preventative treatment, not suitable for pets with a known flea infestation.

Bug Off - Parasite Prevention/Repellent Package
