Thank you for your feedback! We truly appreciate your input and value your experience with us. At Aurora, we encourage clients to settle into their treatment room at least 15 minutes early. This allows time to change into the appropriate attire, enjoy refreshments, and fully relax before the session begins, ensuring treatments start and end on schedule.

Please note that the massage session duration includes setup and finishing time to ensure the room is prepared and left in perfect condition for every client. We will also work closely with Belinda to refine the client experience further. We hope to welcome you back soon for an even better experience!

Massage was good, but therapist rushed me out for her next client whereas she made me wait 15 minutes for my appointment which I didn’t mind. She was not professional in customer service, but her skills on the job are good. I think with a bit of customer service training she will do well.

Belinda was very friendly. She sat down with me and explained everything before hand and made me feel comfortable as this was the first time i was waxing. She answered all the questions I had without hesitation and confidently. I could tell the she knew what she was talking about and doing. The place was clean and smelt fresh and i was comfortable. In Aurora, I believe I have found a home for all that needs to be done on the intimate area of my body and more.
