A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

15–20 minutes late: $10 late fee
30 minutes late: Appointment cancelled

Guest Policy
No extra guests are allowed unless they’re being serviced. If you absolutely must bring someone due to special circumstances, please ask in advance, and I’ll let you know if I can accommodate them.
