Rip open the sachets and wrap around nails; leave to soak for 10-15minutes. * Add a drop of Ethos Vitamin Dose to assist with lifting the gel and to apply nourishment to the natural nail. Use an orangewood stick to gently remove the gel which should be lifting off the nail. Using a nail file shape your nails how you desire.
