Rinse under water after every use and store away in the container. Do not leave it sat in water or the cleaning solution for longer than 15-20 minutes. Use in the evening. Cleanse and tone the face, gently roll over the skin all over the face, neck and eye area. Work in horizontal, vertical and diagonal lines. Hold the skin taut before rolling. Do not apply pressure. Week 1 - use 1 - 2 times in the week Week 2 - use 2 times in the week Week 3 - use 3 time in the week Week 4 - use 3 - 4 times in the week Week 5 - use 4 times in the week Week 6 - use 4 - 5 times in the week Week 7 - use 5 times in the week Week 8 - can be used every night if you wish
