6 weeks starting Wednesday 11th September 2024 will finish on Wednesday 16th October Time 6.00 - 7.00 pm A blend of yoga and Pilates techniques to help create core and overall body strength, involving hand held weights where appropriate. Please bring a yoga mat and a cushion to class. Please note if a class is cancelled due to teacher illness etc then one alternative date for a class will be offered in replacement at the end of the class.
