6 weeks starting Tuesday 10th September 2024 will finish on Tuesday 15th October Time 10.00-11.00 A blend of yoga and Pilates techniques to help the back - aimed at helping improve mobility, flexibility and strength. Can improve back, hip, neck and shoulder health. Please bring a yoga mat and a cushion to class Please note if a class is cancelled due to teacher illness etc then one alternative date for a class will be offered in replacement at the end of the class.
