Tuesday 1st July - Tuesday 29th July 10.00 - 11.00 5 weeks A blend of yoga and Pilates techniques to help the back - aimed at helping improve mobility, flexibility and strength. Can improve back, hip, neck and shoulder health. A class for beginners up. Please bring a yoga mat and a cushion to class Please note if a class is cancelled due to teacher illness etc then one alternative date for a class will be offered in replacement at the end of the class. You have up to one week before the course starts to cancel your place. After this point you cannot cancel your place or transfer funds to another course/class. All classes will take place at Wintern House, Fishguard.
