I had a lovely experience with Polina today! She is such a friendly and pleasant person to chat with, which made the appointment very enjoyable. She carefully listened to all of my preferences - everything was done exactly the way I wanted. On top of that, she worked very quickly without compromising on quality. Loved my nails, polina was great very polite and she knew what she was doing. I felt very comfortable getting my nails done and also by the end of my appointment I loved how my nails looked. . Definitely coming back when I will be in Manchester next.
