From the moment my daughter walked in, she felt welcomed and completely at ease. She made the entire lash removal process comfortable and stress-free, always checking that she was okay and explaining what to expect. What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared about my daughters satisfaction. She even offered for her to come back if she wasn't completely happy with the results. Her professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service made the experience a positive one from start to finish. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring lash technician. ❤️
