I qualified as a sports massage therapist because I believe as human beings, we should be able to live our lives in the most functional way possible - pain free. As a massage therapist I can perform therapeutic massages on clients to improve circulation, promote relaxation, and relieve stress, pain, and injuries. I offer a range of massage therapy treatments from MLD to Hot stones with free consultations on your first appointment. I’m fully insured and a member of the FHT.
