When booking I require a non-refundable £10 deposit, simply to secure your booking. In the occasion that you need to reschedule an appointment, inform me at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid losing your deposit. I allow a 10 mins grace period. Any lateness between 10-20 mins will result in a £10 late fee, any lateness above 25 minutes will result in a cancellation and your deposit being lost. When paying the remaining balance, this can be done through cash or bank transfer. All 6pm appointments are out of hours, don’t forget to add the £10 fee at check out.
