Therapeutic massage for deep seated issues like shoulder, neck and back pain.  For "computer neck", chronic shoulder pain, "tennis elbow", lower back pain, sciatic nerve problems and  deep seated muscular knots.
 I use a combination of Myo-fascial Release ( which is a deep but pain free technique that stretches you back into shape ), Dynamic and stationary cupping with silicone cups and Deep Tissue Trigger Point therapy with a Gua Sha Tool to address these chronic muscle tension issues.

After a short consultation/check in to find out what your current needs are, you can relax on the warm table to soothing music while I work quietly on your aches and pains with a combination of firm but also gentle Myofacial release, Deep Tissue and Lymphatic Drainage techniques. I like to include the whole body in your treatment as muscular  tensions/discomforts can have their root cause in a different area than where you experiencing the pain but we can also focus on upper or lower body if that is what is needed.  I usually include the scalp and face in the Full Body Treatment for the ultimate letting go of tension. We tend to hold a lot of tension in the upper part of our body and I am well experienced to help you navigate letting go of such tension.
