Lovely small intimate safe space, where everything is tailored to you, from Breathwork Session to Massage Session, incorporating whole human existence….Body - Mind - Spirit. Healing space for you to be you….or to discover your ways, to re-frame the old programming especially the ones that give you challenges that seem not possible to overcome, emotions that where over years suppressed subconsciously/consciously come to surface one by one. On the other side the body physically needs his own re-set, recovery, tension release, or some injuries that need attention…as from within so from outside.
