We asked for a light tidy-up of our six-month-old toy poodle’s face and body, with no poodle-style cut, to preserve his natural, rounded puppy-bear face. Instead, the fur around, above, between and below his eyes, and across the surrounding head, has been cut far too short, creating a reverse-goggle effect and making his eyes look smaller and more closed. Some strands remain long, there is two not particularly defined “wings” each side of his muzzle. Looks ugly. I am very upset. We had a great experience overall, but this ruined it

Hello 🌸 I’m sorry to hear that; I think it must be a misunderstanding, as you were there the whole time whilst your pet was being groomed. Our top priority at Coconut Pets is to meet our customers’ expectations 🙏🏼

Very lovely staff, our Scottie puppy felt comfortable from the beginning although it was his very first grooming experience. All is very clean and tidy. Certainly going to return.

We are absolutely delighted with Yoshi’s grooming! The cut is exactly what we wanted: neat, natural and perfectly suited to him. Yoshi was clearly in very good hands, and the result is wonderful. Thank you for the excellent and caring service—we will definitely be back!
