Lou specialises in trauma-informed and accessible approaches to embodied therapies. A tonic for the nervous system, a treatment with me is the nurturing that allows you to relax, renew and rest. Alongside a more integrative approach from different massage and bodywork traditions that also work 'deeply' beyond the physical, these treatments respect the complexity and richness of your whole self.
