Each treatment is tailored to the individual and is holistic, working on all the body systems via the reflexes of the feet. Reflexology lymphatic drainage or hormone balancing are often included.

Standard Foot Reflexology

Indian Head Massage is a clothed, seated, gentle massage working the key tension-carrying areas of the body - the shoulders, neck, head and face. This is ideal for relieving stress, shoulder and neck tension and headaches.

Indian Head Massage

A deeply relaxing combination of any two of the following treatments - foot reflexology, facial reflexology or Indian head massage. Chose a full foot treatment with a mini facial reflexology session or Indian head massage, or a full facial reflexology treatment with power reflexology on the feet or Indian head massage. 

90 Minute Combo

A combo of 1 hour of hot stone reflexology with either a 30 minute Indian head massage or 30 minutes of facial reflexology. Reflexology using hot stones to give a slower, more deeply relaxing treatment. The heat of the stones, relaxes the muscles and tendons of the feet, allowing reflexes to be worked more clearly. Soothing and calming.
