Sports massage therapy has been proven to release and reduce tension in muscles, improve circulation, encourage the removal of waste products such as lactic acid (built up during high intensity activity), and can help to relax the body.

A focused two‑hour session combining personal training and sports massage to solve movement problems that show up under load. We screen posture and mechanics, treat tight or restricted tissues, restore mobility, then retrain the exact lift or movement with targeted cues and corrective exercises so you leave stronger, safer and pain‑free.

Perfect for:

- Athletes or gym‑goers who experience pain, weakness or technique breakdown in a specific lift or movement.
- People who want a single, in‑depth session that blends therapy and coaching to deliver immediate and lasting change.

Key features: 

- Full postural and movement screen focused on the problematic lift or pattern.
- Pre‑ and post‑testing to quantify change.
- Targeted sports massage and soft‑tissue release to remove mechanical restrictions.
- Active and passive mobility techniques to restore range.
- Immediate retraining of the lift or movement with hands‑on coaching and neuromuscular cues.
- Prescribed rehab and strengthening.

Performance Repair 120

A 30 minute performance massage that zeroes in on one muscle group or region. Ideal before or after training, this session combines targeted soft‑tissue release, trigger point work and stretching to improve function and reduce injury risk.

Precision 30

A 60‑minute full‑body sports massage combining deep‑tissue techniques, targeted release and mobility work to reduce muscle tightness, restore range of motion and speed post‑training recovery. Ideal for large problem areas such as the upper back, shoulders, neck and lower body.

Complete Performance 60

A 90‑minute assessment and treatment session for people with multiple problem areas or persistent issues. We combine a full postural and movement assessment with hands‑on soft‑tissue release, mobility work and targeted rehab exercises to identify root causes and create a clear, practical recovery plan.

- Postural assessment: whole‑body posture and alignment check.

- Pre and post massage testing: simple functional tests before and after treatment to measure change.

- Soft tissue release: focused manual therapy to reduce restrictions and pain.

- Mobility work: active and passive techniques to restore joint range and movement quality.
