We will discuss/teach you: - The principles behind manifesting, including the creative process and universal laws - Guidance on setting clear and achievable intentions. - Introduction to vision boards, their purpose, & how they serve as visual representations of one's goals and desires. - Step-by-step instructions on how to arrange and design vision boards, including hands-on activities for attendees to create their own. - Introduction to mindfulness practices and meditation techniques that enhance focus and clarity in manifesting intentions. - Utilizing journaling exercises and affirmations to reinforce positive beliefs and intentions. - Discuss spiritual practices - Integration of practices into daily life for ongoing manifestation work. We will create an interactive and engaging environment including group discussions, sharing experiences, and providing space for reflection.
